The experience we have had in dealing with Bree has been the best we have ever had from any real estate company. We were quite nervous originally knowing we were going to have to deal with a real estate agent again however from the moment I turned up for the inspection the feeling was completely different. We have had a few problems to solve along the way – none of Bree’s fault or even arguably her responsibility but she has gone out of her way to solve each one and in the process gone ‘above and beyond’ reasonable expectations. Even to the extent of meeting the car stacker people on-site with my daughter to help her through the process of using a car stacker. This group was very helpful and went above what your regular real estate agent would do for you. Donna was more than happy to meet me at the property (well after normal business hours) to fit in with my busy schedule to hand over the keys. She explained everything very thoroughly and professionally and was not in a hurry like most agents. She has been very responsive over email and phone even after working hours which is not expected but appreciated.
